In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, chopped pickles, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

    • 90 grams Greek yogurt (3 tablespoons)

    • 30 grams mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)

    • 30 grams celery, diced (1/4 cup)

    • 40 grams red onion, diced (1/4 cup)

    • 40 grams pickles, chopped (¼ cup)

    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    • 15 ml lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

    • 4 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
