Cook the Chicken Strips:
Heat the buffalo chicken strips according to package instructions. You can bake them in the oven, air fry them, or pan-fry them until they are crispy and fully cooked. Once cooked, cube the strips into bite sized pieces.
Warm the white pita in a pan or microwave for a few seconds to make it soft and pliable.
Assemble the Pita:

Add 40g salad mix evenly inside the pita.
