If you know me, every time my husband and I travel somewhere tropical we have Pina Coladas. While I LOVE this drink, I want to replicate it at home and in a more macro-friendly way. This is why I created this recipe!

    Ingredients

    • 175 g plain 0% Greek yogurt (3/4 cup)

    • 15 g vanilla protein powder (1/2 scoop) – see note

    • 8 g unsweetened shredded coconut (1/2 tbsp)

    • 8 g chia seeds (about 2 tsp)

    • 90 g canned crushed pineapple (about 1/3 cup)

    Directions

    • In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and chia seeds until well combined.
    • Top the yogurt mixture with shredded coconut and canned crushed pineapple.
    • Serve and enjoy immediately.
