    Ingredients

    • 75 g fresh lemon juice (about ⅓ cup, 1.5 large or 2 small)

    • 45 g sugar free maple syrup (3 tbsp)

    • 15 g dijon mustard (1 tbsp)

    • 1.5 tbsp olive oil

    • 2.5 tsp oregano

    • 1.5 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tsp pepper

    Directions

    • Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, sugar-free maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and the dressing achieves a smooth consistency.
