Breakfast just got a serious upgrade! These High-Protein Hot Pockets are the perfect solution for busy mornings, post-workout refueling, or just a tasty meal you can grab and go. Soft, cheesy, and packed with protein, they’ll keep you full and satisfied well into the afternoon.

Why You’ll Love These Hot Pockets

  • Protein-packed: Each serving delivers around 28g of protein, thanks to eggs, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and a bit of cheese. Perfect for building muscle or keeping hunger at bay.
  • Meal-prep friendly: Make a batch ahead of time, freeze, and heat them whenever you need a quick breakfast or snack.
  • No processed fillers: Unlike store-bought options, you know exactly what’s inside these pockets.

Here are the Main Ingredients you will Need:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Whisk together eggs and egg whites.

Cook over low-medium heat, stirring gently until fully set.

Season with salt, pepper, and chives. Set aside to cool.

If not already pre-cooked, cook and dice back bacon.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.

Divide dough into 8 equal balls.

Roll each ball into a thin flat circle.

Place equal portions of eggs and bacon in the center of each circle.

Top with cheese.

Pinch the edges of the dough inward and press gently to seal.

Heat a pan over low-medium heat.

Cook each pocket for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Alternatively, you can air fry for 4-6 minutes at 380 degrees.

Enjoy!
