    • 125 g light cool whip (2 cups)

    • 430 g 0% plain Greek yogurt (2 cups)

    • 130 g Betty Crocker Rainbow Bit cake mix

    • 1 tsp vanilla

    • 30 g vanilla or birthday cake protein powder (see note)

    • 1 -2 tbsp zero-calorie alternative sweetener (see note)

    • 1 -2 tsp sprinkles (optional)
