    Ingredients

    • 6 bagels everything bagels, cut into cubes- see notes

    • 3 large eggs

    • 320 g egg whites
      (1 and 1/3 cup)

    • 240 ml unsweetened almond milk (1 cup)

    • 240 g high protein low fat back bacon cooked and chopped -see notes for recommendation

    • 150 g low-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
      (⅔ cup)

    • 85 g shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese (¾ cup)

    • 10 g everything bagel seasoning (1 tbsp)

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    • Cut the bagels into bite-sized cubes and spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, almond milk, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    • Sprinkle the cooked and chopped back bacon over the cubed bagels in the baking dish. Scatter the cubes of low-fat cream cheese evenly over the bagels and bacon. Pour the egg mixture over the entire dish, making sure everything is evenly coated. Sprinkle the shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese on top.
    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
    • Once done, remove the breakfast bake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
    • Serve slices of the Everything Bagel Breakfast Bake warm, and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors!

    • The bagels used for the macros posted are Dempsters Everything Bagel
    • The back-bacon used for the macros in this recipe was brand Freybe- this can be purchased from Costco. Any high protein/low fat back-bacon or turkey bacon would work, just note macros may differ.
    • If you would like to make this recipe gluten free, sub in gluten free bagels
