High-Protein Big Mac Sliders

Why You’ll Love It

High-Protein, Low-Fat: Traditional Big Mac sauce is delicious but often loaded with fats and sugars. My lightened-up version uses light mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to keep the fat content low while still providing that creamy texture we all love. Each serving is packed with flavor and has a balanced macro profile to help you stay on track with your nutritional goals.

Easy to Make: This sauce is incredibly simple to prepare. With just a few ingredients and a quick mix, you can have a tasty, homemade sauce ready in minutes. It’s perfect for those busy days when you need a quick addition to your meals.

Versatile: While this sauce is perfect for high-protein Big Mac sliders, it’s also incredibly versatile. Use it as a dip for veggies, a spread for sandwiches, or even a topping for your favorite salads. The possibilities are endless, and it’s sure to enhance any dish you pair it with.

Here are the Main Ingredients You will Need to make this Big Mac Sauce

How to make Big Mac Sauce Step by Step:

Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of paprika.

Mix Well: Stir the ingredients until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Recipe Notes and Modifications:

  • Consistency: If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add a little more vinegar or a splash of water until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Flavor Adjustments: For a tangier sauce, add an extra teaspoon of vinegar. If you prefer a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of sweet pickle relish.
  • Storage: This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir well before each use to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Customization: Feel free to customize this sauce by adding a small amount of hot sauce for a spicy kick or finely chopped pickles for extra texture.
