Why You’ll Love This Skor Creami

  • Nutritionally Balanced: With added protein, this ice cream provides more than just a sweet experience; it’s a nutritious choice that supports your dietary goals.
  • Rich Flavors: Combining Skor toffee bits and caramel creates a complex flavor profile that is both sweet and satisfying.
  • Simple to Make: With only a few ingredients and a straightforward process, you can have homemade ice cream ready to enjoy after just a few hours in the freezer.

Here are the Main Ingredients You will Need to Make this Skor Creami

Step-by-Step Instructions

In a Ninja Creami container, combine almond milk, sugar-free pudding mix, caramel extract and vanilla protein powder.

Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no lumps.

Secure the lid on the Ninja Creami container and place it in the freezer.

Freeze for at least 10 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the mixture to set completely.

Once the mixture is fully frozen, remove the container from the freezer.

Insert it into the Ninja Creami and select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

After the initial spin, remove the container and add 15g of almond milk (1 tbsp) on top of the processed ice cream.

Place the container back in the Creami and choose “Re-Spin”.

Remove the container from the machine. You can either scoop the ice cream into a separate bowl or enjoy it directly from the container.

Drizzle 8g of sugar-free Smucker’s caramel sauce (½ tbsp) over the top.

Sprinkle 10g of Skor toffee bits (1 tbsp) for a crunchy, sweet finish.

Enjoy your delicious Skor Creami!

Recipe Notes/Modifications:

  • I recommend the brand Pescience Select one for protein powder, for this recipe use the Vanilla Gourmet flavour!
  • You can buy smuckers sugar free caramel sauce and sugar free pudding mix at most locations in the baking section- I know Safeway, Save on Foods, Walmart and Superstore all have both!
