Here are the Main Ingredients you Will need to make this Recipe:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Crush weetabix into a tupperware container and top with milk, 15g sf maple syrup, 1-2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener, and 5g protein powder.

Combine and press into the bottom of the tupperware container until flattened.

Make top layer: in a small bowl combine Greek yogurt with 1-2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener, 15g sf maple syrup and 10g of vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth.

Spread over the Weetabix layer.

Microwave Biscoff spread for 20-30 seconds and then drizzle over the top of the yogurt layer.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Before eating, top with one crushed Biscoff cookie.

  • I recommend the brand Pescience Select one for protein powder, for this recipe use the Vanilla Gourmet flavour!
  • The brand of maple syrup I use is Steve Maple Sugar Free Syrup. It tastes amazing! 
  • The Biscoff spread and cookies is brand Lotus, it can be bought at most commercial grocery stores.
  • Adjust the amount of the zero-calorie sweetener and maple syrup based on preference.

    • 2 Weetabix squares, crushed- see note

    • 15 g vanilla protein powder (1/2 scoop)- see note

    • 120 g 0% plain Greek yogurt (about 1/2 cup)

    • 1 Biscoff Cookie

    • 15 g Biscoff Spread (1 tbsp)

    • 100 g unsweetened almond milk (about 1/3 cup)

    • 30 g sugar-free maple syrup (2 tbsp)-see note

    • 2-3 tsp zero-calorie alternative sweetener (adjust based on preference)
