If you’re looking for a quick, high-protein breakfast or snack that feels like dessert, this Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait is one you need to try.
It has layers of creamy cheesecake filling, soft raspberry jello, fresh berries, and a lightly sweetened Weetabix base that gives it just enough texture to feel like a true dessert-inspired recipe. The best part? It comes together in minutes and just needs a short chill time to set.
This is one of those recipes that looks and tastes indulgent, but is actually balanced, macro-friendly, and easy to fit into your day.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- High protein (nearly 30g) for a snack or breakfast
- No-bake and ready in minutes
- Tastes like raspberry cheesecake in parfait form
- Balanced macros with fibre, protein, and carbs
- Great for meal prep — make ahead and grab when needed
Here are the Main Ingredients you will Need:

Step-by-Step Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the crushed Weetabix, almond milk, and 1-2 tsp of zero-calorie sweetener. Mix together until well combined. Smooth this mixture into the bottom of a Tupperware container to form a flat base.

Cut the prepared Sugar Free Jello into strips and layer them evenly over the Weetabix base.

In a blender, blend the cottage cheese with 10 grams of vanilla protein powder until smooth. Carefully spread this mixture over the jello layer.
Top with raspberries.
Place the parfait in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Recipe Notes and Modifications:
- I recommend the brand Pescience Select one for protein powder, for this recipe use the Vanilla Gourmet flavour!
- Sugar Free raspberry Jello can be bought at most grocery stores or online!
- If you’d like to make lower carb, reduce Weetabix to 1 square and reduce almond milk to 40-50g.
