If you love the cozy flavor of cinnamon rolls but want a breakfast that actually fuels your day, this Cinnamon Roll Overnight Weetabix is for you. Creamy, protein-packed, and with that signature cinnamon-sugar crunch, it’s a breakfast that tastes indulgent but keeps your macros on track.

With a base of crushed Weetabix and vanilla protein, a smooth cottage cheese layer, and a crunchy Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping, this recipe delivers protein, fiber, and flavor all in one jar — perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout meal.

Here are the Main Ingredients you will Need:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Crush Weetabix into a tupperware container. Mix in protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk, and sweetener until combined. Press lightly to flatten.

Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix in cream cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla, and sweetener until creamy. Spread over the Weetabix base.

Refrigerate at least 30 min or overnight.

Just before eating, sprinkle Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top for that signature crunch. Optional: drizzle a little extra cream cheese or sugar-free syrup over the cereal for extra indulgence- not included in macros.

Recipe Notes and Modifications:

  • Meal prep tip: Make up to 2 servings in separate containers for easy breakfast prep. Keep refrigerated up to 24 hours for best texture.
  • I recommend the brand Pescience Select one for protein powder, for this recipe use the Vanilla Gourmet flavour!
